The 100 Word Cycle
The 100 Word Cycle is a method for rapidly developing collaborative content for shows, scripts, podcasts and writers rooms.Â
It was developed by Tom McNally and first applied on the podcast, 100 Words of Astounding Beauty.
The method has been produced as a way for a group of creatives of diverse background and talents to work together to quickly produce high quality writing under controlled pressure.
It needs no proprietary software, can be deployed remotely or in person, non-synchronously or simultaneously. It works best with groups of 3 - 10 people and is flexible enough to be used with larger groups or to accommodate different accountability needs.
